New in 2018: Once-a-month high-quality video review so you can see yourself from side view while paddling. This is an invaluable too to see how you are doing and in comparison to others, and is also a great tool for the coach to help individuals and the team as a whole.

The team had a great year in 2018 and 2019, and are now looking forward to 2022. After practicing in May and June under coach Ann the team competed at the DDRA Canada Day Regatta on Toronto Island. The team had consistent races in the preliminary 500m and 200m qualifier races, then won shiny new Rusty Dragons SILVER medals in the "B" Mixed Division 500m final. The team was only one second away from winning gold in the division!

The team had a great year in 2018. Many members started the year with MTCS Oars to Discover (May and June and racing on Canada Day), and then joined Guns n Roses for the July through September program. As many members were the same on both teams, we decided to make it a single full season team in 2019. The MTCS team name will be dropped (as not many paddlers were from the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Sport (MTCS) any longer. And besides, Guns n Roses was always meant to be the sister team to Motley Crew who practice the same night and time all season (plus Mondays too).
